The house
is located in the main street of Saint-Pierre,
8 km from Aosta and from Telecabinovia Aosta-Pila,
30 km from Courmayeur and close to the Gran Paradiso valleys.
A Casa di Agnese is on the first floor of a contemporary home, just a few steps away from grocery, pharmacy, public gardens, petrol station, tobacco shop, newsagent, bar, pizzeria, pastry-ice-cream shop, bakery, butcher, Post offices and BCC Valdostana bank.

They offer Free Internet, TV, microwave, washing machine, balcony, linens and towels provided and final cleaning and unguarded free parking in the house's backyard.

Services
TOURIST TAX
a tourist tax of €0.50 per person is required for the first 7 nights of stay. Children under the age of 15, people with disabilities and residents of Aosta Valley are excluded from paying the tourist tax.
GARAGE
On request, at the time of booking, the same garage is available for both apartments, locked, to be used as a motorbikes, bicycles, ski or other deposit (not for cars).
FREE Wi-Fi
Free Wi-Fi is available for both apartments.
The password will be communicated at Check-in.
PARKING AND BUS STOP
Inside the courtyard there are 10 free unattended parking spaces available for the apartments and the bar. There are also public parking spaces in front of the house and nearby, if all the parking spaces in the courtyard were occupied.
In front of the house there is a bus stop.
HOUSE RULES
- Animals not allowed.
- Smoking is allowed only on the balcony.
- It is forbidden to organize parties/events.
- KITCHEN CORNER CLEANING AND STORAGE: Please leave the kitchen tidy and clean as you found it.
- Check-in times will be agreed upon at the time of booking.
- The check-out is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. with the possibility to agree a different time at the time of booking.
- It is possible that a deposit is required to confirm the reservation, this amount may not exceed 25% of the total amount.
- You are requested to present a valid document (identity card/patent/passport).
- You will be asked to sign the tourist rental agreement at check-in.
- You will be asked to take over the apartment for the use determined in the contract.
OUR STORY
The house was built in the '70s by my grandparents Mario and Agnese, while they worked as cooks in their restaurant "Monte Navale" in Ivrea.
The apartments can become your point of reference, but above all the starting point to discover the valleys of Gran Paradiso, visit the castles of the Aosta Valley and access the charming border areas of the region (Piccolo San Bernardo Pass > France and Gran San Bernardo Pass > Switzerland).
In life, in addition to managing the apartments, I am a cross-country skiing instructor and I have worked as an employee in a cooperative society and as a waitress in my village’s pizzeria.
I will be happy to host you and give you all the advice and documentation you need to plan your holiday in Aosta Valley.
